Award winning new offices for a small communications firm located in an historic Exchange District warehouse.  The layout revolves around a central meeting/work room, and the large timber columns that populate the open floorplate.  The high exposed wood ceilings allow the enclosed volumes to float independently below.  Many of the interior walls are punctured with glazed openings to spread light, and open vignetted views throughout the spaces, even into back nooks and crannies.  A custom runner carpet welcomes visitors, and paves their way to the central board room.
